A lot of my work can be labelled as illustrative, and that’s because there are so many techniques and art styles that have inspired it! From etching and engraving to abstract expressionism and even fine calligraphy, my tattoo style is extremely versatile.

Social media: platforms like Instagram and Pinterest are great places to discover different tattoo styles. Search for hashtags like #TattooArt, #TattooDesigns or specific style hashtags like #finelines, #dotwork, etc.
- get to know categories and styles:
Microrealistic: Very detailed, often in black and white, but also in colour. The aim is to depict images as realistically as possible.
Minimalist: Simple, clear lines, often black and white, very little detail.
Geometric or oneline Clear lines and shapes, often symmetrical and abstract.

Personal meaning: think about which motifs or symbols have a personal meaning for you. Perhaps this inspires you to create a certain style.

Which tattoo suits me?
The tattoo world has expanded and refined enormously over the last 10 years. Many styles have emerged: Dotwork, Finelines, Ornemental, etc… At Amulett Tattoo, my heart beats for elegant, thin and discreet tattoos. I believe that ‘less is more’ and that tattoos can also look very chic. With me you have the possibility to fulfil your wish. No matter how big, I will never talk you into your decisions.
