General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
Amulett Tattoo & Tattoo Removal
- Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services and contracts between Amulett Tattoo & Tattoo Removal (hereinafter referred to as “the Studio”) and its clients.
By booking an appointment or using any service, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
- Services
The Studio provides the following services:
- Tattooing
- Permanent Make-up
- Laser tattoo removal
- Permanent Make-up removal
- Consultation services
The specific scope of services is defined individually between the Studio and the client.
- Appointments
Appointments can be made in person, by telephone, online, or by email.
An appointment is considered binding once confirmed. - Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
In case of late cancellation or failure to attend, the Studio reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.
Deposits may be retained in case of cancellation without sufficient notice.
If a client arrives late, the treatment time may be shortened or the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
- Prices and Payment
The prices valid at the time of treatment apply.
Payment is due immediately after the treatment in cash or via the available payment methods.
Deposits secure the appointment and design preparation and will be deducted from the total price.
- Health Information and Client Responsibility
The client is required to provide truthful and complete information about their health condition prior to treatment (e.g., allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy, medication, etc.).
The Studio accepts no liability for complications arising from incomplete or incorrect information.
Clients must strictly follow all aftercare instructions provided.
- Risks and Results
Tattooing, permanent make-up, and laser treatments may cause:
- Redness
- Swelling
- Scabbing
- Pigment changes
- The need for multiple sessions
A specific aesthetic result or complete removal cannot be guaranteed, as healing and skin reactions vary individually.
- Tattoo and Laser Removal
The number of sessions required for tattoo or PMU removal depends on:
- Pigment type and color
- Depth of ink placement
- Skin type
- Age of the tattoo
Complete removal cannot be guaranteed.
- Liability
The Studio is liable only for damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
The Studio assumes no liability for allergic reactions, individual healing processes, or improper aftercare.
- Copyright
All designs and artwork created by Amulett Tattoo remain the intellectual property of the Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Data Protection
Personal data is collected and processed solely for appointment management and contractual purposes and will not be shared with third parties unless legally required.
- Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is the registered location of the Studio.
